14 year old Champagne mare for sale!

We call her 'Shammy'. This lovely mare stands 14.1h so is for a smaller rider although she is a stocky girl. Shammy is barefoot, UTD on all shots and trims. She stands quiet for mounting and is wonderful at opening gates while you are on her! She is not spooky, no buck, no rear, loads like a charm, cross water, rivers, streams, is unaffected by cows or dogs. She's a wonderful horse especially for a newer rider.
